REFUND POLICY

At Rocky Mountain Supplements LLC (RMS Nutrition), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a refund unless the product was received damaged or defective.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  1. Email us at Support@rmslabs.store with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship the product(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@rmslabs.store. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)

  • Promotional items and free samples

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Orders placed more than 30 days prior to the refund request

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@rmslabs.store. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
