SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, are subject to specific terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
To initiate a return, contact us at Support@rmslabs.store with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Promotional items, free samples, and clearance products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
